How do I install the Masque Mahjongg CD?
-
Instructions for XP systems:
- Put the disk in the CD-ROM drive and shut it.
- Click on start and then click on My Computer.
- Right click the Masque Mahjongg icon.
- Left click the word "Open."
- Double left click the "Setup" file.
- That should start the installation.
Instructions for all other Windows version:
- Put the disk in the CD-ROM drive and shut it.
- Double click on the <My Computer> icon on your Desktop.
- Right click the Masque Mahjongg icon.
- Left click the word "Open."
- Double left click the "Setup" file.
- That should start the installation.
How can I play the Masque Mahjongg game?

To play the game (assuming the installation was successful) you should:
- Put the disk in the CD-ROM drive and shut it.
- Click on <Start>.
- Go to <Programs>.
- Go to <Masque Mahjongg>.
- Click on Masque Mahjongg
Note: If you have many items on your <Start Menu> and you can't see it
on the list, then look at the very bottom of the list for a small black arrow
pointing downwards. Go to that black arrow, to view the bottom of the list.
How do I know what version number of the game I am running?

When you see the tile layout, pull down the game menu and click on About....
Why does the game lock up when I load certain layouts?
-
You can solve this problem by downloading and installing our
patch file.
Why have I lost sound in the game?
-
You need to update your sound card driver.

NOTE: You will be required to register to enter, but there is no charge to get

Why does it ask for the CD when I already have it in the drive?
-
Make sure that there are not any scratches or smudges (fingerprints) on the
shiny side of the disk. Remove any that you find with a soft cloth. If you still
cannot play you should exchange the disk for a new copy. Please send the CD to:

Why is the movement jerky?

You need to update your video card driver as follows:
Most video cards today are made by one of 3 manufacturers, NVidia, ATI
Technologies, and Matrox. Here are the links to the drivers from those
companies:
