How do I install the Masque Video Slots CD?

1. Put the disk in the CD-ROM drive and shut it.
2. Double click on the <Masque Video Slots> icon on your Desktop.
3. Double click the Installer for the OS 8.1 to 8.6 icon, or the Installer for OS 9 to X.
4. Click on the <Continue> button.
5. Click on the <Continue> button after reading the Read Me screen.
6. Click on the check box next to Masque Video Slots (required)
7. Click on the Install button.
8. Click on the choose button.
9. When it is finished, click on the quit button.

How do I know what version number of the game I am running?

To find out, go to any machine and pull down the game menu and click on about....

Why does it ask for the CD when I already have it in the drive?

Make sure that there are not any scratches or smudges (fingerprints) on the shiny side of the disk. Remove any that you find with a soft cloth. If you still cannot play you should exchange the disk for a new copy. Please send the CD to:

Do I have to have the CD inserted in the drive when I play the game?

Yes, you must insert the CD in order to play. The game is built that way.

Why are some of the payouts incorrect?

You can solve this problem by downloading and installing our patch file.

Why do I get the following message when I try to install Masque Video Slots?: "Application "Play Masque Games" could not be opened because "AppearanceLib" cannot be found."

Masque Video Slots requires at least OS 8.1 If you try to run it on an earlier OS (such as 7.6) you will get that error message and it will not install.
